SIRE Auto-Index™

Indexing with SIRE Auto-Index™ dramatically increases the efficiency of any department dealing with information management. Because manual indexing is subject to human error even in otherwise automated processes, auto-indexing significantly reduces the time and the cost associated with indexing.

• SIRE works with you to identify data elements requiring indexing for each type of document used, whether static, or randomly placed.
   
• SIRE Auto-Index finds and records data accurately and consistently, offers data validation against the client's database, and compares data to a Lookup List for increased accuracy.
   
• SIRE Auto-Index automatically completes forms using key data from a scanned document combined with data from the client's database. When used by a Recorder, this allows the client to automatically link parcel numbers to building permits, street addresses, grantor names, sub-division name, zoning, and any other data elements.
   
• SIRE Auto-Index reads barcodes and populates index fields from data contained within barcodes. This system allows use of the client's existing technology to save time and effort especially when filing and appending (collating) pages to other barcode documents. Patch codes or page separators know when one document with multiple pages has ended and the next document has begun.
